Ronald J. Campbell Sr.

Ronald J. Campbell, 85, of Jeannette, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026,

in the AHN Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. He was born February 5, 1941, in

Potter Co. Pa., a son of the late Ernest and Clare (Haupt) Campbell. Prior to his

retirement Ron was the operating superintendent for the West Penn Power Co. He

was a veteran having served with the US Army. Ron was a member of the First

Presbyterian Church in Jeannette where he served as Deacon, Elder, Clerk of

Session, and on the Board of Directors. He was a member of the Jeannette Lodge

No. 750 F&AM where he served in several Officer positions including Worshipful

Master for 6 years and Secretary for 15 years. Ron also was a member of the

Jeannette Kiwanis Club, and the City of Jeannette Planning Commission.

In addition to his parents Ron was predeceased by a daughter Kimberly A.

Campbell; sisters, Sandy Capasso, and Vicky Gelfo; and a brother Jeff Campbell.

He is survived by his loving wife Rally (Jupena) Campbell; children, Lori

DiBridge (Joe), Cristin Cooley (Mark), and Ron Campbell (Danielle);

grandchildren, Valen Tasser, Julie Clarkson (Ryan), Joey DiBridge (Lauren), and

Preston and Stella Campbell; great grandchildren, Kaiya, Ma’Qaih, Dominick, and

Arianna; a brother Ernest Campbell of GA.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Monday in the John V. Graziano

Funeral Home Inc., 228 North 2 nd St. Jeannette. The Lodge 750 F&AM will hold

services 7:45pm Monday in the funeral home. Funeral services and interment with

military honors in the Westmoreland Co. Memorial Park, Hempfield Twp. will be

private.
