Ruth E. Weinsteiger

Ruth E. (Groff) Weinsteiger, 92, widow of David T. Weinsteiger of Pottstown passed away on Thursday February 19, 2026 at her residence.
Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Leon Groff and the late Sara (Rhoads) Groff.
Ruth was an administrative assistant for Valspar Corporation, retiring in 1995.
She was a member Grace Lutheran Church, Pottstown where she was a past choir member and was a member of the Bavarian Festivals Association where she was the secretary for three years.
She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Yocom, Pottstown, Dale Ellis, Reading and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Gerald Groff, Robert Groff, Charles Groff and two sisters, Mary Moore, Grace Prizer.
A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be private in Highland Memorial Park.
