Sandra "Sandy" Jo McCutcheon
September 9, 1941 - August 4, 2021 (Age 79)
Sandra Jo “Sandy” McCutcheon 79, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021. She was born September 9, 1941 in Zanesville to the late L.D. and Virginia Divers Loomis. She was trained as a lab technician at Marietta Memorial Hospital, and was employed at Camden Clark in Parkersburg and Bethesda Laboratory in Zanesville. Sandy enjoyed working in her flower beds, always adding new flowers, baking her famous pumpkin cookies and helping others. First and foremost she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Central Trinity United Methodist Church, where over the years she was active in several committees.
Surviving is her husband Larry McCutcheon, whom she married September 7, 1963; children: Brett (Kathy) McCutcheon, Kim (Bryan) Kerns and Chad McCutcheon; and nine grandchildren: Grace McCutcheon, Emily McCutcheon, Austin Mahan, Jake Mahan, Drew Kerns, Ethan Kerns, Carson Kerns, Clay McCutcheon and Carter McCutcheon.
Visitation will be held from 11AM to 2PM Saturday, August 7, 2021 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD. Funeral service will begin at 2PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Tim Berger officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
