Sara Ann Rager

Sara Ann “Sally” Rager, 84, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, April 25, 2023, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born March 3, 1939 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Richard W. Rager and Violet A. Coleman Rager. She was a 1957 graduate of Greensburg High School. Prior to retirement, she worked for Bell Telephone as an operator before moving to the accounting department. Sally was a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she had served as a deacon, elder, choir member and on the Second Sunday Supper Committee. She was also a member of the Bell Telephone Pioneers, Westmoreland Hospital Auxiliary, the Committee for the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, and P.E.O. She is survived by many special friends. A memorial service for Sally will be held on Thursday, May 11th at 11am, at First Presbyterian Church, 300 South Main Street, Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, at the above address.
