Steven Warner Foster
January 19, 1952 – April 16, 2026 (Age 74)
Steven Warner Foster of Dayton, Ohio passed away at the age of 74 on April 16, 2026. Born on January 19, 1952, Steven graduated from Maysville High School in 1970 and proudly served in the Air Force for eight years. Following his military services, he continued his career as a civilian employee at Wright Patterson Air Force Base until his retirement in 2012.
A beloved family man, Steven cherished moments with his daughter Wendy Chesshir (Foster) , and his son Kenneth Foster and his grandchildren. Steven is survived by his children and sister Linda Weinstock (Foster). He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Lee Foster (Swiger), his father Kenneth Earl Foster, and brother Mark Lee Foster.
Steven was a dedicated Mason and member of the Shriner community. He loved fishing at his family's lake cabin in Canada and was passionate about training and caring for his dogs. His hobbies included gardening, refinishing furniture, scuba diving, working on his old Ford truck and he took great pleasure in driving his Jaguar.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM June 6th 2026 at Zanesville Memorial Park followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at Celebrations Catering by Chef Steve at 730 Putnam Ave. Zanesville, OH.
