Teresa M. Sanchez, age 95, of Pittsburgh, PA,, formerly of Donora, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was born March 6, 1929 in Donora, PA the daughter of the late Lorenzo Lombardo and the late Anna Maria (Perrotta) Lombardo.
In addition to her parents Teresa was preceded in death by her husband Alexander Sanchez; her son, Lawrence J. Sanchez; and a sister, Concetta Kearns.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Becky Scibetta and her husband Phillip; four grandchildren, Lawrence J. Sanchez Jr., Christina (Jerry) Sanchez - Eisaman, Nicholas (Abi) Scibetta and Krista Scibetta; great granddaughter Millie; a daughter-in-law Mary Louise "Lou" Sanchez; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where friends will be received on Thursday July 11,2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Friday July 12. 2024 at 11:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Donora Site at 12 Noon.
Entombment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, PA
