Thomas J. O’Neal, age 83, of Westmoreland City passed away Monday, August 17, 2026 in the Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. Tom was born on January 15, 1943 in Braddock the son of the late Howard and Allene (Shane) O’Neal. Tom was a member of the Irwin Moose Lodge 236 and the St. Joseph Polish Club in Westmoreland City. He enjoyed hunting with his brothers and brother-in-law when he was younger. Tom was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Lea (Myers) O’Neal; his grandson Brian Mark Lindbloom Jr. and his two brothers Jack and Howard O’Neal. Tom is survived by his daughter Kelli Coll (Sean) and son Brian O’Neal (Amber); his granddaughter Brittany Bickel (Sam); his great-grandson Dustin Lindbloom and his mother Valerie Vucho; his sister Jean Brown (Sonny); and also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111. Funeral services will follow visitation at 8 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Joseph O’Brien officiating. Interment will be private.
