Thomas O. Wolf Sr.

November 3, 1930 - September 30, 2025 (Age 94)

Thomas O. Wolf, Sr., 94, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, surrounded by the love and warmth of his family. A man of quiet strength and unwavering devotion, Thomas leaves behind a legacy rooted in love, laughter, and a deep respect for the great outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris V. Wolf, and his three sons: Thomas O. Wolf II, Timothy S. Wolf, and Terry L. Wolf. Though their absence has been deeply felt, Thomas now finds peace in being reunited with them once again.

Thomas is survived by his grandchildren: Thomas O. Wolf III, husband of Rachel Wolf of Strasburg; Tammy Holmes, wife of Thomas Holmes of Mesquite, NV; and Thaddeus S. Wolf, husband of Karen Wolf of Lancaster. He also leaves behind nine cherished great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren, each of whom he adored and supported with unwavering dedication.

Thomas cherished his time at the family cabin in Union County, where he welcomed new friends and created lasting memories with his loved ones. The cabin became a sanctuary—a place where laughter echoed, bonds grew stronger, and traditions were born. To this day, his family continues to gather there, honoring his legacy and ensuring that his spirit and love for nature live on through future generations.

Thomas was more than a grandfather; he was a hero, a mentor, and a comedian whose humor could brighten any room. His patience, kindness, and joyful spirit touched everyone who knew him. He found joy in the simple things: casting a line, telling stories around a campfire, and listening to all his grandkids and great grandkids share their own stories.

His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, the traditions he passed down, and in the laughter that still echoes through the memories he helped create.

Thomas O. Wolf Sr. will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His life was a gift, and his memory will forever be a blessing.

A Graveside Service will be held at Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Road, Lancaster, PA, on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
