Peacefully passed on December 18, 2021, at the age of 76. Tom was the devoted husband of Christine (Dolby) Rothrauff for 48 years. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Ruth (Welsh) and Thomas Rothrauff Sr. In addition to his beloved wife, Christine, Tom is survived by his sisters, Susan McAuliffe and Janet (Rick) Johnston, sister-in-law, Donna Rupp, brother-in-law’s, Darryl Dolby and Gary Dolby, numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
Tom graduated from West Point Military Academy, and was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War. He was a life member of the American Legion. Tom also served his community as a Monroeville Police Officer. He was an avid golfer, who liked spending his winters in Florida. He also enjoyed fishing at his camp.
Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148 on Tuesday from 2pm to 7pm.
A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11am. Thomas will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
