Vicky Curnoles
May 27, 1955 – July 2, 2026 (Age 71)
Vicky L. Curnoles, 71, of Scranton and formerly of Spring Brook Twp., passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Scranton. She was the widow of Bruce Curnoles, who passed away on May 4, 2014.
Born in Elkins, WV, she was the daughter of the late Alvin L and Mary F. (Scheitlin) Daniels. Vicky attended school in Baltimore Maryland and enjoyed spending time, along with Bruce, at the American Legion in Gouldsboro and VFW Post 5207 in Covington Twp. She was an avid shopper.
Vicky is survived by her children: Deanna Henry of Millsboro, DE and her wife Dawn Henry, and Edward Bloskey of Scranton and his girlfriend Linda; her siblings: Sue Ratajaczak and her husband Tony of Bladwin, MD, Alvin Daniels and his wife Roxanne of White Marsh, ND, Dennis Daniels of Abingdon, MD, Robert Daniels and his wife Ann of Gouldsboro; her 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her step children: Gretchen Curnoles of Mt. Pocono and Jeff Curnoles of Mt Pocono. She was preceded in death by her sister: Tammy Daniels and her brother: Jimmy Daniels.
A graveside service at Fairview Memorial Park, 111 State Route 435 in Elmhurst Twp. will be held on Tuesday, August 4 at 11:00 am. Family and friends are kindly requested to proceed directly to the cemetery for the service.
