W. Kenneth Noel

W. Kenneth Noel, Sr., 89, of South Greensburg, died Tuesday, November 7, 2023. He was born in Tyrone on March 18, 1934, a son of the late Ralph A. Noel and Mary Bell Wrye Noel. He was a member of South Greensburg United Methodist Church. Prior to retirement, he was employed in sales for Atlantic Breeders Company. He was a veteran and served in the Army. Ken was active in various FFA organizations and enjoyed to travel and work in his garden. He also was a fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Walter K. “Shorty” Noel, Jr.; granddaughter, Mary Belle Noel; 2 sisters, Elaine Preller and Doris Schmidt. Ken is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Jamison Noel; his daughters, Candy Lee Noel and Cynthia Ann Taddy; sister, Judy Anders; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 10 until the hour of service at 11 am at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
