Walter H. Seanor

Walter Hiram Seanor, 63, of Greensburg, died on Saturday, May 14, 2022, quickly and peacefully. He was born September 27, 1958 in Greensburg, a son of the late Elmer E. and Jane L. (Yarnell) Seanor.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Elmer E. Seanor Jr., Clyde T. “Tom” Seanor, and Gary L. Seanor; sisters-in-law Patty I. (Harrold) Seanor and Colleen A. (Tarr) Seanor; and a nephew, David B. Seanor.
He is survived by his brother, Richard A. Seanor; former wife and close friend Helen; stepson Christopher; nieces, Christine M. Davenport and Sara J. Seanor; great-niece Ariana N. Seanor; in addition to several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Walter was particularly disarming and always up for spirited conversation, enjoyed travel, and was a long-standing donor of WQED, publicly funded station Free Speech TV, and the Christian Layman Charities of Greensburg. He also supported Penn State football, Pitt, and other local sports teams. During his life, he was employed by Extrude Hone along with his brother Gary, and later trained as a welder.
At Walter’s request, there will be no public visitations or services. Private interment will be at Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg. Arrangements are being handled by the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home, LLC, 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe.
