Wanda Eileen (Rankin - Scott) Lawhorn 74 of Frostburg, passed away February 12, 2025, at Sterling Care Frostburg Village.
Born December 29, 1950, in Frostburg, Maryland, Wanda was the daughter of the late Frederick Rankin and Elvie Wampler (Rankin) Phennicie.
Wanda attended Beall High School. She worked as a Manager for Vermont Savings and Loan. She also was a 28-year employee of Walmart.
Wanda is survived by her son: William Scott and Fiancée, Sharon Kondash of Treasure Island, FL; daughter: Melinda Duggans of Baltimore; brother: William Rankin who took care of her; and 6 grandchildren as well as 1 great grandchild.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 P.M.
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
