William C. Pleger
July 23, 1960 - August 9, 2025 (Age 65)
William C. “Bill” Pleger, 65, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of David E. Sr. and Nancy Pleger. He was the loving husband to Mary Christine “Tina” Pleger for over 38 years until her passing earlier this year.
Bill dedicated over 40 years as a plumber and pipe fitter until his retirement earlier this year. He was a longtime member of the 8th Ward Beneficial Social Club of Lancaster and you could always find him cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers as well as the New England Patriots. Most importantly Bill was dedicated to his family. Taking weekend trips with his wife were times that he treasured, especially when they chaperoned marching band trips for their granddaughters.

Pleger, Jr., Denise E. Warner, and Dawn M. Moore, as well as countless friends. Preceding him in passing were his parents and his wife.
