William E. Kline, Sr.

William E. Kline Sr., 83, of Carbon, died Tuesday, October 26, 2021 in Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. He was born January 16, 1938 in Greensburg, a son of the late Frank Sr. and Elizabeth (Skonezny) Kline. Prior to retirement he had been employed by General Tire/General Corp Polymer as a machinist and millwright for 44 years. He was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. He was also a member of SNPJ Club, Carbon, Roosevelt Club, Hempfield Township, Hunt Club, New Stanton, and Ft. Allen Firemen’s Club. Bill loved to cut his grass, listen to polkas, and spend time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean A. Kline; and two brothers, Robert Kline and Frank Kline Jr. He is survived by his son, William E. Kline Jr. and wife Hannah; two daughters, Barbara Kline and partner Matt Markon, and Patricia Hudec and husband Raymond; seven grandchildren, Emma Kline, Annabel Kunzeman, Jonathan Lee, Owen Lee and partner Jules Miraglia, Jesse Hudec and fiancé Jessica Burt, Jalesha Ferencz and husband James, and Joshua Hudec and partner Jessica McBeth; four great-grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, and Jaden Hudec, and Addilynn Ferencz; sister-in-law, Caryl Jean Kline; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Friday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.
