Deacon William Zachery Sr., 92, of Braddock, transitioned from this life on Friday, April 17, 2026. Beloved husband of Mattie Mae Zachery; father of Barbara Ann Pollard, Carolyn Stevens, Rev. William Zachery Jr. (Carlotta), and Marva Joy Zachery; brother of Joe Nathan Zachery Sr., Tellie Gilliam, and Annie Will Dixon. Also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Resurrection Baptist Church, 504 Fourth St., Braddock, PA 15104, where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Interment will be at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
