Winnie Parker, 95, of South Zanesville, passed away on Monday September 9, 2024 at her home. She was born on March 18, 1929, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Floyd and Beryl Perkins. She had formerly been employed at Brockway Glass. She was a member of the South Zanesville United Methodist Church where she helped with the food pantry, the Sam’s Camping Club, and was an avid card player.
She is survived by her children Vickie Rollison, Johnny (Cris) Archer, Gary (Tammy Stillwagoner-Rine) Parker, and Connie (Bryan Wolfe) Browning. Grandchildren Kim (Danny) Pugh, Jacque (Ralph) Locke, Dale (Jessica) Rollison, Doug (Tara) Archer, Ashley Archer, Cody (Brittani) Parker, Brad (Missy) Pletcher, and Brooke (Troy) Pierce. 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. Special neighbors Lori and Mike Campbell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Ruth Perkins and Evelyn Untied. One brother-in-law Harvey Untied. Grandchildren Dixie Archer and Brian Archer. Greatgrandchild James Marslender. One son-in-law Terry Browning.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon on Thursday September 12, 2024 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 12:00 Noon. Pastor Joy Wigal officiating. Burial will be in Zanesville Memoria Park.
