Alicia Madeline King, 20, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022. She was born February 12, 2002 in Zanesville to Tyler and Angie Tracey King. She was a 2020 graduate of Tri Valley High School and attending Ohio University of Zanesville, majoring in Early Childhood Education. She was a manager of Rue 21 for four years, also worked at Rooster’s and helped her father’s business, Countertop Creations. Alicia was a fitness enthusiast at Planet Fitness, a workaholic, loved to shop and was dedicated to her Yorkie’s. Family was her #1 priority and she was always helping others.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers: T.J. (Courtney) Edwards and Caden King; grandparents: Rodney (Janet) King and Glenn (Ruth) Alexander; aunts and uncles: Trevor (Joy) King, Travis (Jennifer) King and Tonya Alexander; cousins: Ryland (Brandy) King, Vivian King, Rachel (Jacob) Knock, Ashley King, Kylie King, Lori Shumate, Bree Crawmer and Miah Beatty; and many friends.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Thursday, March 10, 2022, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD. Funeral services will begin at 11AM on Friday, March 11 in the Snouffer Chapel with Alicia’s second cousin, Pastor Jody Holland and her grandfather Rodney King will be officiating. Jody Holland is the preacher at Neelysville Church of Christ and Rodney King is the Lay Minister who assists at Middleburn and Quaker City churches. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
