Age 88, on Saturday, September 25, 2021, formerly of Swissvale. Loving husband of Emilie Bishop Moore; dear father of Dwaine and Gary Moore. Step-father of Bruce Bishop and Beth Yantz (Buddy) and their children Alatheia Proue (Jonathan), David Yantz, Promise Bishop-Campbell (Cory), Justice Bishop, Reston Bishop (Lauren). Father in law of Teri Lewis. Grandfather of David Moore (Michelle), Heather Moore, and Stefanie Lukeski (Kyle). Great-grandfather of Madelyn, Mila, and Elliott. Brother of Martha Jordan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his first wife Madeline Moore, his brothers and sisters Babe, Kay, and Bob. Arthur was an ordained minister, and servant of God.
