Carolyn W. Pike

Carolyn W. “Carrie” Pike, 84, of Greensburg, died Monday, May 24, 2021 in Redstone Highlands, North Huntingdon. She was born December 28, 1936 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Ann (Gazze) Weaver. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensburg. Carrie was an avid gardener and a member of the Greensburg Garden Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald V. Pike; sister-in-law, Pat Weaver; and brothers-in-law, Edgar “Tack” Hammer and Bob Thompson. She is survived by her son, Douglas Pike and wife Jacquelyn; granddaughter, Samantha Pike; brother, Joseph Weaver; sisters, Betty Hammer and Linda Thompson; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 10 AM Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Martin R. Ankrum officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
