David E. White

David E. White, 71, of Cumberland, died January 16, 2022 at UMPC-Western Maryland.
Born June 11, 1950 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Goldie (Ritchie) White.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Eric White.
Mr. White served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Era. After his military service, he did long distance hauling for Trailer Transit.
He was a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #3073 in Dothan, AL.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; son, Thomas White; daughter, Angela White;
brothers, Joe White and Norman “Mick” White; sisters, Carolyn Barr and Gloria
Smith; and, a grandson, Nicholas Marcelas.
As per his wishes, Mr. White will be cremated. Announcement will be made at a later date regarding any type of memorial service.
The Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, is handling arrangements.
