Eric G. Fox, 56, of Stanfield, North Carolina passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2023. He was born on December 31, 1966 to James Sr. and Juanita Fox.
Eric attended Independence High School. He was an accomplished handy man with laying tile and helped the high school with driving the school buses. Eric enjoyed camping, canoeing, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family. His friendly personality will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Eric was preceded in death by his father, James Fox Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Juanita Fox; his sister, Lisa Davis (Joey); his brothers, Allen Fox (Susan) and James "Danny" Fox Jr (Barbara); and many other loving extended family members.
A Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at McEwen Funeral Service - MInt Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-MInt Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC.
A Celebration of Eric's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Wilson Grove Baptist Church, 6624 Wilgrove Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC.
