Judy Fay Brown, 60 of Zanesville, passed away on March 8, 2022 at her residence.
She was born on April 4, 1961, in Cambridge, Ohio, daughter of the late Neal W. Shinn and Donna L. Brown Shinn.
She is survived by her daughter, Dusty Church; sisters, Ruth (Frank) Moore, Trudy Shinn, Janet (Rick) Perkinson, Cheryl Johnson, Shirley Shinn; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Gary Shinn.
