We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2023, at the age of 79, Katherine H. Bruce of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Thomas Sr. Harrell and Daisy Harrell; her daughters, Shirley Bruce (Sonny) and Elizabeth Bruce (Kenny); her niece Angela Gambino (Joe); her grandchildren, Katlin Bryant (Clay), Sydney Owens (Douglas), Camryn Szucs (Colby) and Daniel DeAngelis II; and her great grandchildren, Keaton Bryant, Lachlann Lessing and Baby Boy Owens.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 26th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service - Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 27th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Carmel Baptist Church (1145 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 27th 2023 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
