Marion L. Faust, 78, of Bedford, died on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at UMPC Bedford Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1943 in Bedford, a daughter of the late David Irwin and Evelyn (Hershberger) Claycomb. On May 29, 1969 in Bedford, she married Robert M. Faust who preceded her in death on May 25, 2002. She is survived by two daughters: Edie Wertz and husband Earl and Clarissa Hooper and husband Evan all of Bedford; five grandchildren: Holly Montuoro and husband T.J. of Denville, NJ; Kaylee Johnson and husband Ben of Ragley, LA; Coty Wertz and fiancée Alex Clark of Trafford; Evan and Eric Hooper both of Bedford; four great-grandchildren: Evie and Myles Johnson, Jayde Montuoro and Maliya Wertz. She was preceded in death by two brothers Roger and Jim Irwin, and one sister Judy Hoagland.
Marion was a member of the Bedford County Christian Church. She retired as a cook from the Bedford School District and prior to that was a cook at White Sulpher Springs Hotel.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Rev. William Defibaugh Jr. officiating. Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 9 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
