Martha J. Reese

Martha J. (Taylor) Reese, 85, of North Huntingdon died Friday July 9, 2021 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born, January 18, 1936 in Dravosburg a daughter of the late Thomas L. and Agnes Marie (Blank) Taylor. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, in Irwin. Martha loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Reese; two brothers Thomas and David Taylor; a sister, Marie Proffitt; four brothers-in-law, Howard Donnelly, Robert Hall, Robert Miller, and Larry Supp. Surviving are five children, Sandra J. (Thomas) St. John of NC, Donna M. Hails of Norvelt, Robert R. (Darlene) Reese, of Delaware, Barbara K. (Joseph) Yannuzzo, of Jeannette and Ronald R. (Jackie) Reese, of Jeannette; seven grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Robert, Michael, Nicole, Cortney and Donald; 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Paul (Sheree) Taylor and Robert (Andrea) Taylor; five sisters, Geraldine Donnelly, Stella Hall, Dorothy Miller, Ruth (Ron) Dixon and Emma Supp; two sisters-in-law Belinda Taylor and Eleanor Taylor; one brother-in-law John Proffitt and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. Parting prayers will be held 9:00 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Mass of Christian burial celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Irwin. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
